Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

  1. Sign in to your account – Visit https://account.lolomo.shop and enter your email address
  2. Select your order – Choose the item(s) you'd like to return
  3. Submit your request – We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  4. Ship it back – Pack securely and drop off at any carrier location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, please contact us at support@lolomo.shop and we'll arrange a seamless exchange for you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
